We want you and your pet to love it. If something's not right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Email support@elurp.com with your order number to start a return.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
Faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you — just reach out.
