Elurp’s estimated delivery time (EDT) is our calculation of when an order could be delivered to you. The EDT is the sum of estimated fulfilment and shipping time.
Estimated fulfilment + Estimated shipping = Estimated delivery time
Our processing time average is 2–4 business days for non-apparel products and 2–7 business days for apparel products. When we calculate the estimated fulfilment time, we consider the current order volume and our capacity.
The estimated shipping time is calculated according to our historical shipping data for deliveries to your area or selling region.
The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. You can receive the order past the EDT for reasons, like:
- Issues with design files
- Products being out of stock
- Shipping-related delays like failed delivery attempts or service disruptions
- Global Pandemics
We work our hardest to meet our delivery estimates. If you’re ever in a situation where you haven’t received the order and it’s past its estimated delivery time, please allow a few more days.

- Shipping fee: Majority of products have free shipping services but some premium products might have minimum shipping charges.
We fully take care of the shipping costs of our products worldwide. Most of our products are delivered to you 100% free of charge; no minimum order value is required.
You do not need to return products that are defective upon receipt. After all, we cannot put it back on sale.
However, we will ask for a confirmation of the defect in the form of 2 or more photos of the product. On approval we will deliver you same product/refund your full amount.
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can exchange or return the product within 14 days. Products can be returned if the product does not match the product in our webstore.
To qualify for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same state as the item you received. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you ship more than $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing transportation insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
If you have completed the return form, you can send the products to the return address indicated on the form. Make sure you enclose the return form and provide the shipment with a Track and Trace code.
Once we have received the return shipment, we will ensure that the purchase amount is back on your account within 14 days. Depending on your residence, the arrival time of the exchanged products may vary.
The sender is always responsible for the shipment. If we have received the items returned by you, the purchase amount will be refunded by us to your account within 14 days
